Phase Two (Heightened Alert) from 16 May 2021 to 13 June 2021 Xổ số Vũng Tàu hàng tuầnWith the increased number of locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the Government is tightening measures to decisively arrest the increasing number of cases in the community. The following measures outlined in this section will take effect from 16 May 2021 to 13 June 2021: Xổ số Vũng Tàu hàng tuầnPermissible group sizes will be reduced from five persons to up to two persons. All should continue to limit their overall number of social gatherings to not more than two per day. Work-from-home will be the default at workplaces. Employers must ensure that employees who are able to work from home do so. In addition: Companies should continue to stagger start times and implement flexible working hours where possible; Restrictions against cross-deployment across workplaces remain in place; Social gatherings at the workplace will not be allowed; Employees may have meal breaks at the workplace but must refrain from intermingling with their colleagues when their masks are taken off. In view of the cessation of dining-in at F&B establishments, the Government will enhance targeted support measures: The Jobs Support Scheme (JSS) support rate for F&B firms will be increased to 50% of the first $4,600 of gross monthly wages paid to local employees during the period for which dining-in is prohibited. This is an increase from the 10% support for wages paid up to June 2021; Hawkers and coffeeshop stallholders who are self-employed and do not benefit from the JSS will receive one month rental waiver for hawker stall and coffeeshop tenants of Government agencies. Commercial landlords are urged to support their F&B tenants through this period. Occupancy limits for shopping malls and showrooms will be reduced to one person per 16 sqm of Gross Floor Area (GFA), instead of the current one person per 10 sqm GFA. Odd and even date entry restrictions on Sundays for popular malls will continue. Capacity limits for MICE events and live performances will be tightened. Up to 100 persons may be allowed with pre-event testing (PET), and up to 50 persons may be allowed without PET. All (including speakers and performers) must keep masks on all times. The operating capacity limit for attractions and shows that have received prior approval from MTI to operate will be reduced to 25% from 50%. Indoor and outdoor shows may proceed with up to 100 participants with PET or up to 50 participants without PET. Regulations under the Infectious Disease Act The MOH will be promulgating Regulations under the Infectious Diseases Act to give legal force to the Safe Distancing Measures, as well as to provide enhanced penalties for breaches of the SHN. The penalty for an offence under the Regulations, including any SHN breach, would be a fine of less than $10,000 or imprisonment of less than six months or both. In addition, existing levers under the Infectious Diseases Act, including the temporary suspension of operations, may be used against persons and operators found to be non-compliant with the Regulations.
