I swear to god if that don't bring back water meteors, triple trapeze, and Icarians, like they brought cloud swing back for Quidam, I will FLIP LIKE THE STUPID SYNCHRO TUMBLING!

.....sorry for the rant.

I think to reach Chinese audiences they'll bring back water meteors, possibly.

Does anyone know if Kooza will perform in Adelaide and Auckland after Perth?

There is no reason to assume it won't.

Are Cirque Club pre sales no longer a thing? I noticed that tickets for Kurios in Miami went in sale Saturday without ever having a pre sale.

No, they're still a thing. I received an email some time back about CirqueClub pre-sale tickets to Kurios in Miami.

Mungo: trust, it's only northern california. Southern California, particularly LA, usually gets shortshafted on tours (usually near the end of all big top tours, rarely get arena tours, Amaluna never even came to us).

So they're sending Luzia to Phoenix. That's interesting. What was the last GC show over there?

Is it the same in the US of roughly one show a year? We usually get one GC, one arena, one GC etc...

It varies greatly on the city. Places like Miami/Atlanta appear to get GC shows every two years followed by arena shows in their respective suburbs between GC runs.

Toruk, Kurios and of course Paramour all in NYC this month. Toruk's make up has finally settled on something much more minimalist and 'cirque' for the Navi. Looks better and more sophisticated I think. They've done a few changes now but all the earlier ones just felt like Halloween face paint.

A while back Colton and Richasi were talking about Totem in Manila (June) and Varekai in China during 2017. What's going on with those? With Varekai moving to Asia (and especially china), that's a heck of a lot of shows for Asia in a very short amount of time and with Totem going to Manila, that'll be pushing time for ticket sales, transfer time between Asia and European legs not to mention saturating the market since Toruk is also going to Manila... Toruk will also be in China, Taiwan, Phillipines, Japan etc., Kooza is going to Singapore, Totem's now in Japan, Hanzhou 2018 will start in China, apparently Kurios will be going to Japan next year.

Manila was only posted briefly for Kooza. I'd not be surprised if after Singapore, Kooza goes to Seoul, giving it about two years since Quidam played there. Big top shows (Kurios) play Tokyo for six months usually. That would give time for Toruk to play all the other cities outside the six month 'black out' window cirque likes to keep between shows playing the same city. Or like MJ immortal did, Toruk may play Saitama and Yokohama, both are next door neighbors to Tokyo. Similar to how when Quidam toured Australia in the arena it only played "secondary" cities because Kooza was about to tour the primary markets in the big top.

Having just checked Cirque Fascination and cross refencing here, the following shows will play China in 2017-18: Varekai (GC), Kooza (GC), Toruk (Arena), Hanzhou show (Resident). Surely that's not all true... 4 shows?? Thats a lot considering they usually play at most one show every couple of years, at least in the past...

Maybe it has something to do with the new Chinese investors?
